Today is All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day holidays back in my home country Philippines and although we don’t really really celebrate it, it has been my family’s tradition to get together because November 1st is my dear father’s Death Anniversary. This year makes it 14 years already of us being fatherless. We missed our Papa so much but we’ll see each other again when Jesus comes.

Anyway, I am drooling over these foodies that my family back in Davao have been feasting on.

And who would say NO to some binignit? 😀

I and my older sister who’s currently in Japan are punishing ourselves from looking at these photos. We hate to miss the family get-together, but we can’t do anything about it. We can only hope to be there next time. Oh summer of 2014, I hope you will take us home! Lol.
