For the nth time last night, I made some Buko Salad good enough to last us a week or two for our refreshment or dessert.

I am so thankful that our Asian Stores here have started displaying these frozen freshly grated young coconut imported all the way from Philippines. It sure gave me a chance to make my favorite Buko Salad time and again.
