Today is officially Thanksgiving Day in America! I am sure all Americans are celebrating this day with a feast on their table and hopefully, with grateful hearts, too. If you are in America or if you celebrate this day, too, have a very happy Thanksgiving Day to you!

For me and my family, everyday is a day to give thanks.ย Psalm 107:1 declares, “Oh give thanks to the LORD, for He is good, For His lovingkindness is everlasting.ย ย NASB”

Today, as a continuation to my “Gratefulness” series for this week, I am so thankful for friends far and near, close and so dear to my heart. I have a lot of friends from my childhood until now, from my school years until now, and although physically apart, there are beautiful memories that are cherished deep into my heart.

Early this month, our family friend in Illinois surprised us with a “grateful card” in the mail. And with a check in it, too.

I didn’t expect to receive this from them because whatever good deeds we have done to them, we did it without expecting anything in return but because this card and the message in it tells us that we have been appreciated, it makes us feel special and loved. Thanks a lot Nikolov Family!
