Last July, I purchased a watch, a Geneva Platinum, from nomorerack, taking advantage of a deal which I thought was a good one. This watch for only $11 plus $2 shipping?

Geneva Platinum Japan Movement Quarts

 Not bad at all!

First of all, I didn’t buy this for myself, even though I am such a sucker of watches but for a sister who I am sure will love this. Christmas gift purchased in the summer it is since our Balikbayan Box intended to be sent soon will be our Christmas presents to the family back home.

I let the husband adjusted its bracelet (yes, we do have a watch repair tool kit!) to let it fit my wrist because originally, the bracelet measured 8.5 inches making it too loose for the wearer’s wrist. Of course I have to try it on mine and see if it looks good! 😉

It actually does, except for my hand that has visible veins! Oh, the SAHM’s poor hand it is!

Anyway, I have helped myself in NOT taking a peek at nomorerack’s sales regularly because there are just a lot of good stuff there that are really worth the money, and sometimes, I can’t resist the deals hurting my Paypal and our credit cards all the more. LOL. And no, I am shopping not just for myself but for my loved ones as well, especially those who are back home. 🙂

How about you– do you shop at nomorerack?
